The application for 50 Tatton Court will be having their public meeting July 8, 2019 at council. This meeting to receive public comments. No decision by council is going to be made, this is simply to receive feedback from residents before a final submission is made. All residents who have comments should attend in order to have their voices heard.
So far I have received generally positive comments regarding this application from residents. Some points of concern include parking, sidewalks and density. Positive responses include finishing the subdivision, homes match existing type of housing in the area and the lack of desire from residents to see commercial be placed in the space.
