Current Status - Referred to staff by Council to address issues with the applicant. The second submission circulated on April 28, 2020.
Council Decision - No Council decision. Pending third resubmission to address concerns.
Personal Comments - Another proposed development to bring new forms of housing to our core area and to revitalize the parcel. I still have concerns with parking, vistor parking, and access to the site on a private laneway.
