Seasons Greetings,
As the year enters its final month, Christmas and New Year are around the corner. I wanted to take a moment to extend my best wishes to all the wonderful residents of Ward 1!
December 1, 2019, marks the first full year I have been in office and it has truly been a pleasure serving each and every resident to the fullest of my abilities. This first year in office has been a steep learning curve and I am forever grateful for all the experience I have gained and all the residents who continue to support and believe in my efforts. I have been privileged to have made so many new friends and been a part of shaping our Township.
I know 2020 there will be new challenges and new obstacles but I remain faithful in my message that I campaigned on "A Vote For Real Change."
A few things I will continue to do in 2020:
My monthly newsletter to keep every resident up to date.
Only support a budget that reduces taxes or at the very least is below inflation.
Continue to fight for only the highest standard of development in King Township.
Support the gravel to hard surface road paving program.
Build the new King City Recreation Centre here in Ward 1, on time and on budget!
Support our seniors and young families by ensuring King City has a diverse housing selection.
Always making tough decisions and supporting residents!
Thank you all for being part of shaping a better Ward 1 and a better King Township. From the bottom of my heart have a wonderful and safe Hoilday Season.
